Updates to the CCECE 2004 Web Site

Apr 22 Information for Session Chairs is now linked from the Program page.
Apr 18 An index of papers by authors is now posted on the program page. It is expected that future changes to the web version of the program will be of a "housekeeping" nature - correcting minor errors as we respond to author's feedback - this includes paper withdrawals, additions or changes to session chairs, etc.
Apr 14 The final schedule and revised program is now posted. The most significant change is the scheduling of 38 papers in 1 poster session on Wednesday afternoon. Session chair names have been added to the program.
Apr 13 We apologize but there are some last minute scheduling difficulties that are presently being cleared up. Watch this page for the next update.

Mar 25 The cutoff date for booking rooms at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel has just been extended from March 28 to April 2.
Mar 13 Additional copies of proceedings can be obtained; print format at $250 + tax, CD format at $40 + tax, ordering details to be posted by the end of March.

Mar 13 The preliminary program will be posted on this site by the end of March.
Mar 13 The conference early registration deadline (lower fee) has been extended from March 26 to April 5.   Note that the hotel reservation deadline is unchanged at March 28.
Mar 13 The lecture presentation guidelines are finalized.   All presenters must attend the breakfast on the morning of their presentation to meet with their session chairs.
Mar 13 The poster session board size is corrected to be 120cm by 180cm or 4' by 6'.
