Exhibits

The organizers of CCECE'09 are pleased to invite you and your company to be an exhibitor at this year's conference. While the papers and technical sessions are very well received, we have gotten great feedback from conference attendees about exhibitors at previous CCECE conferences, and they would like to see more in 2009. CCECE'09 provides you with several excellent opportunities to showcase your organization's products and services in this relaxed yet professional setting at the Delta St. John's and the St. John's Convention Centre. To give you maximum exposure to conference attendees which include representatives from government, businesses, universities, and students, we offer events such as the Welcoming Social.

We offer excellent booth space in the main exhibit area. Booths will be filled strictly on a first come, first served basis. The fee for each 2.4m x 3m booth is $1000 (CDN).

Whether you have exhibited at CCECE in the past or are considering exhibiting for the first time, I encourage you to apply early. Space is limited! CCECE has always proven to be an exceptionally popular venue for exhibitors and attendees alike. We are committed to providing our exhibitors with a high profile at the conference. If you have any questions about exhibiting at CCECE'09, please email David Tilley at .
