• I did not receive my notification. What should I do?
  • Notifications of Acceptance and Rejection were sent Feb 24th, 2012. If you have not received yours, it probably got caught in a spam filter. Login to Veda, the CCECE 2012 submission site and check the status of your paper and reviews there.
  • What is the deadline for paper registration?(*)
  • Papers need to be paid for with a Full registration before March 9th, 2012.
  • What is the deadline for author registration?
  • At least one author needs to register before March 9th at the full rate. This ensures your paper is paid for. Additional authors may register at the early rate before March 30th, 2012.
  • I am a student. Can I register my paper at the student rate?
  • No, see (*) above.
  • I don't have a Credit Card. Can I pay by any other means?
  • The registration fee payment for IEEE CCECE 2012 is set up only for payments by credit cards. Please note that you personally do not have to have either of the Visa or MasterCard credit cards to get registered for the conference, and can request a friend or colleague to register you with their credit card.
  • When are the camera-ready papers due by?
  • March 9th.
  • How do I submit my camera ready paper?
  • Login to the Veda, the CCECE 2012 submission site, with the username and password you used to submit your paper. Click on the "Edit" icon to upload your final paper and presenter information.
  • I am a secondary Author, and my paper has already been registered. Can I present it?
  • Yes you can but you need to register (can be student registration if you are a student).
  • My paper has been accepted. I want to add another author to the author list. Can I do that?
  • Yes, the name of an additional co-author, such as your supervisor or another researcher on the same project, may be added to the list of authors, provided that the additional co-author made a significant contribution to the paper.
  • Can I register at the Conference?
  • You can register as an Attendee at the Conference, but paper registrations need to be done before March 9, 2012.
  • Can you help me with my travel expenses?
  • That would not be possible. IEEE CCECE 2012 conference operates at a low budget and is organized by volunteers. Limited travel funding is available for students. Please contact Student Activities Chair Wahab Hamou-Lhadj for more information.
