EPEC 2008 and Renaissance Vancouver are providing a discounted rate to conference attendees.

$189 - Guests will receive a Harbourview room with either 1 king sized bed or 2 double beds and the rate is valid for single or double occupancy. Should there be triple or quad occupancy, $30 per additional person will apply per night. Guests will have complimentary access to our 24 hour Health Club & pool. All meals, parking, internet, phone calls etc are extra.

• The cut off date for the special rate is Friday September 17.
• The $189 special rate applies to booking for October 5th, 6th and 7th inclusive.
• Discounted rates are subject to avaliabliity, so reservations should be made as soon as possible.

*Should attendees require rooms up to 3 days prior to October 5 or up to 3 days after October 7, the rate is subject to availability at the time they make their reservation.
