Dear IEEE EPEC 2010 Authors,
Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper. Thank you very much for your contribution. Following Four steps give you detailed instruction to prepare for your final camera ready paper. Once you upload your paper and one page digest successfully, you may go to the registration page to register for the conference. For each paper, at least one of the authors is required to register for the Conference by advance registration deadline.
Step1: Prepare Camera Ready Paper
Please find the reviewers' comments, if any, attached in the email sent to you earlier. Please pay attention to their comments and incorporate them in the final version of your paper. Please prepare your final manuscript following the samples below.

Please stick to following format guidelines:
Papers must be written in English. Six (6) camera-ready pages, including figures, are allowed for each paper. Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed at extra charge.
Papers should follow the IEEE double-column format for EPEC. The first page of the paper, centered on the top below the top margin, should include the paper title, the authors' names and their affiliations.
Margins: The papers must strictly take the following margins.
Papers should NOT have
* Page numbers
* Headers
* Footers
Step2: Generate PDF Format Paper
IEEE is very strict about the requirements for converting application files or PostScript files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore
IEEE EPEC2010 only accepts Portable Document Format (PDF) paper.
Please format your paper properly.
Papers failing to meet the final format requirements may be rejected.
Method
Generate the PDF paper using PDF eXpress
PDF eXpress is a tool for IEEE authors to obtain Xplore-compatible files, by using either the PDF Check or Source File Conversion functions.

Please check the obtained PDF file if you use the Source File Conversion functions
The PDF file of each paper must be checked and passed by the IEEE PDF eXpress service. This is mandatory for the compatibility of all manuscripts to be included in IEEE Xplore. The authors must submit the confirmation email (saved in a txt file) that the IEEE PDF eXpress service sends to you after your PDF file passes the IEEE PDF eXpress compliance check, together with your final submission of the checked and passed paper PDF file.
Step3: Generate PowerPoint Format one Page Digest and fill in IEEE copyright form
In PowerPoint(ppt) format, please prepare one page digest, which will be used for the conference program booklet. Please stick to the template. Please save the ppt file into the name format as paper ID.ppt. For example, if your paper ID is 6666, please save your digest file as 6666.ppt. Please email your digest file to epec_2010@yahoo.com.
Please download the IEEE copyright form here. Please fill in the IEEE copyright form and sign the form electronically then convert it into pdf format. Please email this IEEE copyright form together with the digest file to epec_2010@yahoo.com
Step4: Submit the PDF Paper File Online
To appear in the proceedings of the conference we must have the final version of your full camera-ready paper by July 10, 2010. Please use the password or the direct link received in the email to upload your camera ready paper to conference website http://www.bytematters.com/ECMS/epec10.aspx
Please check carefully and, if needed, update your final paper information (paper title, authors and affiliations) on the upload Web site. This info. will be used for the Table of Contents as well as the Final Program!!!
Here are some Important points:
-The first letter of the word in title of paper must be in capital. Such as: New Approach to Nano Sensor....
-The The first letter of the word in Last Name and First Name of the authors must be in capital and should not be abbreviated. Required information for each authors must be completed on-line.
-Please spell all authors' names in ASCII code. Don't use European code and 2-byte code. Such as: Leou (acceptable), Leo'u (not acceptable).

Note: If a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors is required to register for the Conference by advance registration deadline. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.
